Where We Ship

Hitoki currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, provided the shipping address complies with our shipping restrictions and all applicable laws.

Products are dispatched using a standard courier service unless another shipping method is offered and selected at checkout. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery details are shown at checkout when available.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Hitoki is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

Hitoki reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or not ship an order if payment is not completed, if the shipping address is restricted, or if we determine that the order may violate our Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

Products purchased from Hitoki.com are intended for lawful use by adults who meet the minimum age requirements stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the courier, risk of loss and title for the purchased items pass to the customer in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the courier for damaged or lost shipments. If you need order details for a carrier claim, contact our support team and we will assist where possible.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at support@hitoki.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
