Return / Refund Policy

This policy applies to eligible purchases made through Hitoki.com and explains our return, refund, and exchange process.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the product purchase date. Return requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@hitoki.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.
  2. Wait for written return authorization from Hitoki before shipping anything back.
  3. Once your return is authorized, follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, warranty claims, or exchanges unless otherwise stated by Hitoki in writing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

For items valued over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Hitoki does not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Review and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, Hitoki will notify you by email that the returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit for the approved refund amount will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective items. Exchange requests must be sent to support@hitoki.com. Any approved exchange must be for the same item.

Purchases from Authorized Resellers

If you purchased your product from a Hitoki authorized reseller, your return may be subject to the reseller’s return policy. Please contact the original place of purchase for return instructions.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are reviewed separately from standard returns. To request warranty support, contact support@hitoki.com and our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
