Ingredients

1 pack - Shin ramen

2 teaspoons - Cannabutter

1 tablespoon - You Name It Garlic Butter

4 cloves - Garlic, peeled and sliced

1 stalk - Green onion, chopped

1 teaspoon - Garlic powder

1 teaspoon - Black pepper

1 teaspoon - Mushroom seasoning

1 slice - Cheese (whatever you have)

1 tablespoon - Sesame oil

1 can - Spam, sliced and cut into bite sized pieces

1 pack - Enoki mushrooms, separated into smaller pieces

1 - Egg

1 can- Corn

1 - Pack of seaweed

Furikake

Japanese mayo

Instructions

  1. Cut the spam into slices and cut into bite sized pieces and put it in the air fryer at 375 for 6-8 minutes

  2. Peel the garlic and slice

  3. Chop the green onions and set aside

  4. Heat up some water in a pot

  5. Add the noodles into the boiling water with the enoki mushrooms, seasoning packet, garlic powder and mushroom seasoning

  6. Cover your pot with a lid and allow it to cook

  7. At the same time as heating the water, put the garlic butter into a pan and add in the garlic

  8. Open the can of corn and drain the water out and add it to the pan, cook the corn for a few minutes until golden

  9. Add in the cannabutter and cook for another couple of minutes and remove the corn from the heat

  10. Add sesame oil into the noodle pot

  11. Crack an egg in 

  12. Add in the spam, corn and top with the cheese slice and turn off the heat

  13. Cut the seaweed and put it in on the side 

  14. Sprinkle on the green onions and black pepper and top with furikake

  15. Drizzle on some Japanese mayo

  16. Enjoy!

Tips

  • Cut the spam to your desired size, I like mine crispy so I cut it into smaller pieces

  • Drain the corn well so there isn’t excess water while its cooking

  • You can make it all in 1 pot if you don’t care about aesthetics - add the water into the pan after you have cooked the corn and follow the steps to cooking the noodle and mushrooms

  • If you like your egg to be cooked thoroughly, cover your pot with a lid after you drop the egg in, I like my yolk to be runny

  • You can also use shredded cheese, that will melt easier

  • You can put the seaweed in without cutting it up if you prefer

  • They sell a lot of different flavors for furikake, use what you like
