• Proprietary Tech Protection: Covers one-time repair or replacement for any damage or degradation to the internal laser module and battery system.

• Scorched Lens Forgiveness: Forgot to clean your device? If heavy resin or smoke buildup causes accidental scorching or damage to the laser lens, we will cover a one-time replacement.

• Accidental Glass Breakage: Accidents happen. Your plan covers a one-time replacement if you accidentally drop or break your viewing cylinder.

• VIP Shipping: If your Saber needs to be sent in for covered repairs or replacement, Hitoki covers 100% of the shipping costs. No hidden fees.

Plan Terms & Details:

• The 14-Day Window: This warranty must be purchased within 14 days of purchasing your original Saber device.

• Coverage Timeline: Your 3 years of coverage begins retroactively from the exact date your original Saber was purchased.

• Ownership: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Claims: You must retain your proof of purchase (with the date) to file a future warranty claim. Cannot be purchased for a replacement device.
