Ingredients
1-2lbs - Ribeye, cubed
1 tablespoon - You Name It Garlic Butter
2 tablespoons - Cannabutter
2 tablespoons - Olive oil
1 head - Garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
1 bunch - Green onions
2 teaspoon - Garlic powder
2 teaspoon - Onion powder
2 teaspoon - Black pepper
1 teaspoon - Mushroom seasoning
2 tablespoon - Oyster sauce
2 tablespoon - Soy sauce
4 - Thai chilis
1 - Sweet onion, sliced
½ tablespoon - Sugar
1 - Cucumber
1 - Tomato
1 head - Butter lettuce
Instructions

Cut the steak into cubes

Using the oyster sauce, soy sauce, dry seasonings and cannabutter, mix it with your cubed beef and set it aside to rest

Peel your onion and garlic
-
Cut the garlic cloves into halves or thirds

Slice the onion into your preferred thickness
-
Cut your green onions into 1 inch length
-
Take your lettuce and put it on your serving plate

Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers and set it aside on the plate as garnish

Turn your heat on to medium high and add your olive oil
-
Put your garlic into the pan and cook for about a minute
-
Now put seasoned beef into the pan and cook for about 30seconds on each side, after 1-2 minutes, add in your onions and chilis

Add in the garlic butter
-
Shake it around ;)

Cook to desired temperature and serve on the garnished plate

Serve with steamed rice or enjoy on its own
Tips
-
Heat your garlic head in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to easily peel
-
Since this does not require a lot of cooking time, make sure your plate is garnished and ready so that you don’t overcook your meat
-
You can also add bell peppers into this if you like, that is a popular way to eat it
