Ingredients

For the chicken:

  • Chicken of choice (smoked or rotisserie)

  • ½ cup minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon cannabutter

  • 1 tablespoon You Name It Garlic Butter

  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika powder

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  • ½ lb cream cheese, room temperature

  • ½ lb mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • ½ lb colby jack cheese, shredded

  • ½ lb pepper jack cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup Franks RedHot Wing Sauce

  • ½ cup ranch dressing

  • 3 green onions

Plating & garnish:

  • Cast iron skillet

  • Celery

  • Carrots

  • Xochitl blue tortilla chips

  • Ritz garlic crackers

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 300F

  • In a large mixing bowl, shred the cheeses 

  • Shred the chicken in a separate bowl and set aside

  • Mix all the dry seasonings in a bowl, this will be mixed in with the shredded chicken

  • Mix the dry seasonings with the shredded chicken, then stir in the room temperature cream cheese

  • Add the cannabutter, garlic butter, ranch and wing sauce into the bowl and mix thoroughly

  • Now add the cheese mixture slowly, continue to mix, save ½ cup of cheese to sprinkle on top 

  • Transfer the chicken dip into a cast iron pan and top it with the remaining cheese and some extra smoked paprika 

  • Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes

  • Broil on high for 3 minutes 

  • Chop green onions to garnish

  • Remove the chicken dip from the smoker and top with green onions

  • Serve with chips, crackers and veggies 

  • Enjoy!

Tips:

  • serve warm or cold

  • use rotisserie chicken or make your own smoked/oven roasted chicken 

  • I like skin so I shred the skin into it

  • make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature when you use it

  • If you use ranch dressing, don’t use sour cream

  • If you use ranch seasoning packet, use sour cream

  • Plain Greek yogurt works as a replacement for sour cream

  • franks red hot wing sauce is the best buffalo sauce or your favorite buffalo sauce will work

  • pepper jack, mozzarella, sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, white cheddar, etc any cheese you like is good
