Easy Steamed Egg

Ingredients
5 - Eggs
1 stalk - Green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon - Garlic powder
1 teaspoon - Mushroom seasoning
2 tablespoons - Soy sauce
1 tablespoon - Sesame oil
1 1/2 cups - Chicken bone broth
1 tablespoon - Sesame oil
Instructions

In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat with a fork or spoon

Pour bone broth and mushroom seasoning and garlic powder into a cup and microwave to 90-105F
-
Finely chop green onions

Pour into the eggs and stir well

Put it through a mesh strainer to get the bubbles out

Top with green onions

Make sure your water is boiling, place the bowl in to steam and turn heat to low

Steam for 13 minutes

Turn off the heat and allow it to sit for 2 minutes

Mix soy sauce, sesame oil & cannaoil in a bow

Cut lines into egg and add sesame oil, canna oil and soy sauce

Enjoy!
Tips
-
Egg ratio to liquid 1:2
-
Use chicken broth or bone broth for more protein and flavor
-
You can also use fish sauce or salt
