Its pretty easy to operate,playing with the laser power is the hardest part depending on what you are smoking.Gave it 5 stars for the quality of materials and the quality of smoke you get with butane after taste.
The hose does like to kink if you use it individually.Found it works better with a partner to carb it so you can keep the hose stretched out more.

The Hitoki work better then expected unfortunately it took me some time to realize that the carb button was damaged. I need to remove, rest, and reinstall the carb button after every use. The device works really bring out the flavor of the herb. It lasts a good amount of time with a charge and it’s a convenient when fire is no where to be found. Again the only issue I had was the carb Button can damage and I didn’t realize it was damaged until I learned how to properly use the device.
